Hi.
I wouldn't dare climb on those rocks.
Dangerous and scary.

Have a great day. Nice pics btw. :]

@Lynne - OMG - Too funny.

Traveling definitely gives you a different perspective on lives of others.

The picture of the shop was taken in near the Tenessee and North Carolina state border...

I was standing across the street at a chain gas station while filling up, i was a think BP or Shell...

googling it, i still have a hard time believing it's cheese made from rat's milk?

The wikipedia entry seems more telling of what it really is:
Pimento cheese from Wikipedia

from NPR Pimento Cheese It's a Southern Thing

i agree traveling gives you a different perspective :)

Interesting photos! Did you try rat cheese? I wonder what they taste like.

Heh. Those pics both look like something you'd see here in Arkansas in the Ozarks!

@AsceticMonk i didnt get to try, maybe next time! i'm hoping rat cheese is just another name for their cheddar :)

@The Hawg I've been to Arkansas once before, little rock... spent some times near and around UALR, i remember huge tall tall tall pine trees and their fresh scent...

These are great pictures. I remember the local road that we have here which goes to our summer capital- the Pines City.

The rocks look exactly like those in the roads of Pines city. Thanks for sharing.

Rat Cheese! Imagine trying to milk a rat, do you think they have tiny little milking stools. I can just see it now LOL

Seems like that huge rock on top is going to fall. Oh, dangerous!

I like that homemade jams and jellies, but the rat cheese? Uh, uh!

Ms. O. D. said...

Now I'll definitely have to go back to buy those jams and cheeses... and will let you all know how it tastes! :)

Do you know there are actually some points called "suicide" point in many mountaneous regions just like there are sunset and sunrise points!!

I guess these rocks are dangerous because they are unstable?
